The coral used in the Tropical Coral Calcium product is Ecological
Safe. Tropical Coral Calcium protects living reefs by only using
fossilized coral from above sea level deposits on the island
of Okinawa. And just as important, coral from above the water
line is free from the heavy metals and other toxins that industrialized
society has dumped into the oceans.
Coral minerals are naturally ionized (nature's
smallest form, 1000 times smaller than colloidal minerals) allowing
for almost total bioavailability. Tropical Coral Calcium includes
a blend of minerals, vitamin D, which must be present for absorption
to occur, multiple vitamins for enhanced assimilation, and Magnesium
Citrate which is vital for calcium to absorb.
Another major difference between coral supplement
is bio-availability. Tropical Coral Calcium includes a blend
of minerals and absorption enhancers and uses a fine powdered
coral (2 micron, the consistency of flour). All this allows
approximately 84% of the calcium in Tropical Coral Calcium to
be ionized and available for absorption into the blood stream.

contains 470 mg Elemental Calcium. Some web sites do not show
how much actual Calcium is in their Coral Calcium - this is
important for determining dosage. A recommended daily intake
is 1000 - 1200 mg of calcium per day for adults. If you take
3 capsules, you will get 1410 mg of elemental Calcium, and the
rest can come from dietary intake. If you eat a diet low in
calcium, you may want to increase your Coral dose accordingly.
